About

Our mission is to help campaigns and movements win through effective organizing and smart strategy at scale.

Even the best political campaigns and advocacy organizations can struggle to reach enough of their target audience at the scale required with the clock ticking down. That’s where we come in, to help you get to scale quickly and to supplement your organic capacity with our experienced and dedicated team.

We offer:

  1. High-quality live phone calls with our in-house team of skilled phone callers for a variety of electoral campaign and advocacy contexts: voter ID, persuasion, turnout, volunteer recruitment,  fundraising, advocacy calls to action, and more. We have the capacity and know-how to make millions of effective calls quickly.
  2. Smart distributed systems and impactful communities for your campaign or organization. Our experience has shown that the secret to reaching a massive scale isn’t any one tool or tactic. It’s about building impactful and empowered volunteer communities around a compelling vision, and then creating intelligent systems that reduce friction and allow for people to take meaningful actions in a seamless way.
  3. Strategic advising for electoral campaigns, advocacy organizations, and mission-aligned organizations focused on how to build and scale effective movements. We know how to put the pieces together across organizing, communications, events, and social media to create campaigns that people actually want to be a part of.

Our Founder:

Claire Sandberg

Claire has built and managed innovative and record-breaking field programs that have pioneered and scaled new tactics now widespread in politics and advocacy. These include peer-to-peer texting, mass phone calling, distributed organizing, and relational organizing. The programs Claire has managed have trained hundreds of thousands of volunteers, resulting in over 225,000 in-person volunteer events, over 10 million doors knocked, over 350 million texts sent, and over 140 million phone calls made.

As National Organizing Director for Bernie Sanders' historic 2020 presidential campaign, Claire oversaw 700 staff across field, data, technology, and states departments. She developed and scaled innovative organizing methods, including the powerful Victory Captain model, which trained 3,000 volunteers to serve as highly-skilled extensions of the campaign in communities nationwide. Previously, as Distributed Organizing Director for Sanders' 2016 campaign, Claire pioneered scalable "big organizing" tactics that transformed grassroots electoral campaigning.

She has worked with progressive candidates and groups in the United States and abroad, including serving as Deputy Campaign Manager for Abdul El-Sayed’s Michigan gubernatorial campaign, and advising organizations like The Working Families Party, MoveOn.org, Be A Hero, 350.org, and many others. Prior to moving into electoral politics, Claire worked in the environmental movement and helped launch the successful campaign to ban fracking in New York.
